Hello world!

This is all very new to me and I have a lot to figure out about dw yet as I scramble for some twit alternatives but I am hoping to get some more use out of this journal. I'll probably be using it to organize some of my thoughts and ideas with regards to fandom stuff (comics, etc) that I am working on, things I've been reading/watching/doing as well as maybe some life updates.
I'm thinking I might use dw to announce when I've updated works onto other sites, since I'm primarily a visual artist, but it might also encourage me to do more writing (lol).
Of note: full journal access to private posts will only be granted to people that I already know and I can't guarantee mutual subscribes!
Thanks again to my friends for convincing me to join--I hope I can keep up the habit!
Anyway it is very LATE and I am going to SLEEP
